Who can apply?
Student startups that meet the team requirements in the terms: at least 75% of the team aged 30 or under on 1 September 2026, and at least half enrolled at or recently graduated from a Dutch university, HBO or MBO. Participation is free.
Innovator or Rough Diamond?
Registered at the Kamer van Koophandel before 1 October 2026 means Innovator League. Not registered, or registered later, means Rough Diamond League. You choose when you start and can change it until you submit; the board may move you if the financials say otherwise.
How do I sign in?
With your email address. We send a link, you click it, no password. The first time, the board asks for a short profile: name, gender, date of birth, company, phone number and city.
Can my co-founders work on it too?
Yes. Invite them by email from the application. Everyone on it can edit every answer, changes save as you type, and you see who did what in the activity log at the bottom.
Do I have to finish it in one go?
No. Every answer saves as you type. Come back as often as you like until the deadline. The contents rail shows what still needs an answer; every field is mandatory before you can submit.
What is the deadline?
6 December at 22:59. After that a grace period of 60 minutes applies, then the portal locks. Reminders go out two weeks and two days before.
I submitted and need to change something.
Use "Ask to reopen" at the bottom of your application. The board reopens it, you edit, you submit again. This only works before the deadline.
Can I withdraw?
Yes, at the bottom of your application. Your answers stay, so you can put it back in with one click before the deadline. To have your data deleted as well, delete your account from your profile page.
Who reads my application?
The board and the Business Panel members assigned to you, who agree to keep it confidential. They read it as one page, which you can see yourself with "Read it as the Business Panel members will". The Kuanta evaluation reads it too, and the board sees that score only after the panel's first selection.
